Investigation For DivorceRecent figures show that there are less and less divorces taking placing every year. But before we strike up the band, experts say that these encouraging statistics are only because less and less people are getting married in the first place. The sad fact is that in the western world over the last twenty years has risen consistently and now at least one in five marriages end in divorce. On a positive note, most divorces are settled relatively amicably, the families assets are divided fairly. If there are any children of the marriage, they usually end up with their mother. The couples go their separate ways and so life goes on. However, sadly there are some marriages that do not end amicably. There may be many reasons. Infidelity is the most common one, and especially if there is money in the family, the situation can get decidedly messy. When love goes out the window, then the fight to see who gets the biggest share of the estate takes over. When a partner in a marriage can begin to suspect that their spouse is being unfaithful, it can come suddenly and unexpectedly. They may begin to spend a long time away from home, They may begin using all kinds of lame excuses, such as "tied up at work" or met an old friend and "we went for a couple of beers." What should never be forgotten is that cheating may not be the only reason for people to go off the rails. Maybe the partner has developed a problem. Maybe the problem is not with being unfaithful, but that partner has developed an addiction either to alcohol, gambling or drugs. Whatever the doubts and fears, a private investigator should be capable, and fairly quickly, of discovering what the wayward spouse is up to. One of the first symptoms of something going awry in a marriage is a sudden and inexplicable shortage of cash. It's possible that the money is flowing in a wrong direction. Most people these days keep track of their financial records on the hard disc of their computer. Anyone devious to have an affair or an addiction will be capable of covering their tracks fairly well. However an experienced computers forensics investigator will rapidly be able to break down any barriers and investigate what is going on with the marriage. The investigator will be able to access records to where the money is going, read e-mails that have been sent. In short gather up evidence that will lead to infidelity or addiction, or hopefully that there is no reason to suspect that something is amiss in the relationship. After the computer forensics investigator has completed their examination, they will report to the spouse and advise them if their suspicions were unfounded or not. If the spouse feels that there is still reason for doubt, then they will request that physical surveillance begin to find where the partner is going astray, and the exact extent of their lying and cheating. Experienced private detectives will tell you that the reaction of the spouse when they begin to suspect that their partner has been cheating can never be predicted. Some are angry, some are not surprised, however the majority are devastated and cannot comprehend that there partner could ever be unfaithful to them in any form. However the private investigator has to be objective and will carry out his surveillance duties and bring hoe whatever evidence that is required to allow the (hopefully) faithful spouse to decide what their next course of action will be. |
